How will my order be shipped?
We ship all orders and packages, wrapped securely in bubble wrap, the next business day with USPS Priority Mail. We will email you the USPS tracking number for your order. Please allow 3-5 days for safe delivery. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping.
What if there is a problem with my order?

How can I track my order?
After your package has been shipped, you will receive an official USPS tracking number via the email associated with your order. Use this number at USPS.com to check its journey.
Does Tempe Organics offer local delivery?
Yes, we do! We'll bring your products to you within 2-3 days, if you live within 15 miles of Tempe, AZ. We charge a flat $10 delivery fee.
Where is my order?
We'll ship your order the next business day with USPS Priority Mail. (If you place an order on Saturday, then your package will not ship until Monday.) Please allow 3-5 days for safe delivery. If your USPS tracking information indicates that the package was delivered, yet you have not received it, then please contact USPS first. If the problem is still not resolved, then call us at 602-402-7947, and we'll try to make it right.
What if I want to cancel my order?
We try to be as accommodating as possible with order cancellations. Call us immediately at 602-402-7947 to ask about the prospect. Please note that not all cancellations are guaranteed. If your order has already been packaged and shipped, then we'll help you with a return.
