SECTION 1 – What Do We Do with Your Information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the normal buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us, such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: With your permission, we may send you emails about our store and our new products, as well as business updates.

If we are required by law, or if you violate our Terms of Service, we may disclose some of your personal information.
SECTION 4 – Strikingly, Inc.
Our site is built on Strikingly, Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored in Strikingly’s AWS data storage, on a secure server behind a firewall.
If you choose a direct-payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Strikingly stores your credit-card data, which are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data are stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After it is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct-payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit-card information by our store and its service providers.
SECTION 5 – Third-Party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide us. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment-transaction processors, have their own privacy policies with respect to the information we are required to provide them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so that you understand the manner in which your personal information will be handled by these providers.
Remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. We use Google Analytics to help us learn about visitors to our site and which pages are viewed most often.

If you provide us with your credit-card information, it is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.

We have a no-hassle return policy.
We will accept your returns within 14 days after purchase for a refund.
If returned more than 14 days after purchase, we cannot offer a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
To return your unused product to us, after our confirmation of the refund process,

For returns, you are responsible for paying for the shipping costs.
If you are shipping an item worth more than $50, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service
or purchasing shipping insurance.
Due to potential confusions in pricing, we cannot exchange your item for a different product.
If you need to exchange a damaged product within 14 days after purchase, then we will gladly replace the item,
and we will pay for the extra shipping, after we inspect the returned product.
Refunds for damaged products:
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification about the status of your refund.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and your account will automatically be credited.
The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Products cannot be returned if they have been opened.
During refund completion, we will refund the purchase price, but not the original shipping fee paid for the order.
For exchange requests, please clarify how and why the product is damaged before returning it to us.
We ship your items the next business day with USPS Priority Mail.
We take real care to protect your item(s) for transit.
With the speed and security of the USPS Priority system, you can expect to receive your item(s) within 3-5 days after purchase.
We will confirm your order with the USPS tracking information.
Because our products are relatively light and are sold in similar sizes, we use flat-rate USPS Priority Mail for all online purchases.
Before the final checkout in your Shopping Cart, you will see the cost for shipping:
$10 for the first item, and $1 per additional item.
Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping.
If an item is listed as back-ordered, we will ship the in-stock parts of your order first. When the back-ordered product becomes available,
we will ship it immediately, with no extra cost to you for the extra shipping.
